    • We offer COD for the De’Longhi small domestic appliances and consumable products only.
    • COD is only available to residents of Metro Manila.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • For Metro Manila Residents. Please expect the delivery within 2 to 3 working days.
  • For residents outside Metro Manila. Please expect the delivery within 5 to 7 working days.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

  • Payment Refund. Payment made through Paypal guarantees a full refund with no deductions unless stated otherwise by Paypal. The timeline of refund depends on your respective banks or payment provider.
  • Returns. Defective items can be returned within 7 days from the date or purchase. Consumables and any item that is not proven defective cannot be returned.

WARRANTY
To avail of the free service and warranty, simply send the unit at Concept Specialist Inc. Service Center, 72 Scout Dr. Lazcano St., Brgy. Laging Handa, Quezon City.

  • De’Longhi
    • All De’Longhi coffee machines and small domestic appliances are subject to 1 year of warranty.
    • De’Longhi machines for commercial use are subject to 6 months of warranty.
  • Your unit is not covered for free service and warranty if:
    • The equipment was serviced or repaired by a person not officially authorized by Concept Specialist Inc.
    • Damage was caused by careless or improper handling and misuse of the machine
    • Damage was caused by flood, voltage irregularities (the use of AVR is mandatory), fire, typhoon or other natural calamities, acts of war, or public disturbance
  • The free warranty does not cover descaling service and all wear and parts (e.g. O-rings)
  • The company reserves the right to decide on the method of dealing with a claim under this warranty.
